Take care of Eyes using following steps:

  • Maintain glasses or Contact lens prescription updated and ample for computer use.
  • Place the Monitor at eyes level and work with your look slightly down at the screen.
  • Try to avoid glare (dazzling light) on your Monitor (Computer) from windows and lights. Utilize an anti-glare screen if required.
  • Always use comfortable, supportive chair. Position it in such away, so that your feet are flat on the floor.
  • If your eyes are dry, blink more.
  • Every 20 minutes, relax your eyes by focusing 20 feet away minimum 20 seconds. At least at every two hours, get up and take a 15-minute break.
