Fruits and Veggies:  

Fruits and veggies are high in antioxidants and one can incorporate them into healthy diet for overall good health. Antioxidants give us energy also. Regarding hair, leafy green vegetables like spinach, broccoli is an excellent source of vitamins which provides iron and calcium. Fruits with Vitamin A and C help the body to create sebum. (Sebum is an oily substance in the hair follicles which acts as a natural conditioner.) Strawberries, Oranges and Grapefruits are the best vitamin booster fruits for healthy hair.

Kidney beans and lentils are high in Molybdenum and Iron which is growth-booster and increases the thickness and length of hair. Beans also contain Zinc, and Biotin, which prevent hair breakage. Some healthy full soups to cook up are a great way to incorporate beans into your diet.

This could be the great booster to provide with Zinc and Iron daily requirement of the body.
