What is Aging

Aging is a process of changes in our body and the impact of what we do/done with our body. Ageing is somewhat we can’t avoid but understand very little. That we could list the changes according to age (Loss of Memory, Wrinkles, Muscles defeat, Body Balancing trouble, etc.) but no one really define what aging is, why it happens or how to stop it.

Toxins, the UV radiation from sunlight, harmful foods, and pollution effects adversely on our body. Over time, these toxins can lead to damage in cells and the body “falls behind” in maintaining and repairing the cells, tissues and organs.

While performing our day by day activities, our cells turn the food into energy, which ejaculates some radicals (as a by-products) which may harmful. This metabolic process of creating energy results in certain damage to our body over time. Some believe, by slowing down the metabolic process (through practices such as calorie restriction) may slow the body aging process.
